Domaine L’Écrin Vert, a campsite in the heart of the Tarn valley, is an ideal starting point for discovering a multitude of activities in Aveyron. Fishing (Hébergement Pêche label), canoeing or kayaking, hiking along the river or simply relaxing are all on the agenda.

On site, enjoy a heated outdoor swimming pool that promises both invigorating laps and moments of family fun. With its sun loungers and breathtaking views of nature, this aquatic area is perfect for alternating between swimming, relaxation and well-being.

Hiking in Aveyron

From our campsite, set off to explore authentic trails, such as the hike linking Lincou to Brousse-le-Château. This 15 km circuit (5 hours 45 minutes – moderate difficulty) passes through picturesque villages, forests and viewpoints offering magnificent panoramic views of the valley. The last few kilometres run peacefully alongside the River Tarn, inviting you to stroll along. Picnic areas, stone crosses and local heritage sites punctuate this unmissable route for lovers of nature and hiking in Aveyron.

The Domaine L’Écrin Vert campsite in the Tarn valley is also an ideal starting point for horse riding enthusiasts. Several equestrian centres located nearby, such as Ségala Lévézou Équitation and Les 2 Chouettes horse farm, offer rides and lessons for all levels. Families will enjoy activities suitable for children aged 3 and up, while enthusiasts will enjoy a unique experience at a horse's pace in a preserved natural setting.

Starting from our campsite in Aveyron, enjoy a variety of routes ranging from family rides, such as the Bourines circuit (19 km) or the Lapanouse circuit (10 km), to more challenging routes such as the Tour du Lévézou (131 km). For long-distance enthusiasts, the V86 cycle route – Vallée du Lot à Vélo – connects medieval villages, panoramic views and iconic sites over more than 160 km.
